Private debt fund NuCapital provided a €0.5M loan to a real estate development company to finance the acquisition of a property in Vilnius that will be converted into residential apartments.
The financing forms part of a project with a total financing amount exceeding €3M, alongside other financing partners. The loan was granted for a period of 13 months and is secured by the acquired property in Vilnius. Most of the future apartments have already been sold under preliminary purchase agreements, supporting the project's execution.
