This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) establishes how UAB “I Asset Management” (hereinafter – the Company, we, or the data controller) registration code 304405305, address Upes str. 21-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, collects, uses, and stores personal data obtained from visitors, clients, and partners through the website and the services provided by the Company.

The Company acts as a data controller. The Company is a management company that manages a closed-ended collective investment undertaking (fund) intended for informed investors, which invests in loans „Nucapital“. We may also process personal data related to the collective investment undertakings managed by us.
