NuCapital provided a €4M loan for residential development in Kaunas district
Private debt fund NuCapital provided a €4M loan to a real estate development company to finance the construction of 25 duplex houses in the Kaunas district.
The financing is intended for residential construction, with loan disbursements made in stages according to construction progress. The loan was granted for a period of 27 months and is secured by the residential properties under development and the land plots. The developer has an established track record in residential real estate and has already signed several preliminary sales agreements before the official launch of sales. Loan repayment is expected from the sale of the completed residential units.
