The private debt fund NuCapital provided a €0.5M loan in June 2025 to a company operating in the IT services sector, seeking to refinance its existing long-term liabilities.
The financing helped optimize the company’s financial structure and strengthen its operational stability. The loan was provided for a 24-month term and is secured by industrial, warehouse, and administrative premises in Druskininkai. This transaction reflects NuCapital’s flexibility in financing not only growth but also refinancing needs, enabling companies to manage their liabilities more efficiently and plan further development.
