NuCapital successfully exited a €1.2M villa renovation investment in Spain
Private debt fund NuCapital successfully completed a €1.2M financing transaction for the reconstruction and renovation of a luxury villa in Marbella, Spain. The loan was fully repaid in September 2026 following the successful sale of the renovated property.
The financing was provided for a period of 20 months, with loan disbursements made in stages according to renovation progress. The loan was secured by the villa under renovation, with a loan-to-value ratio of 54%. Throughout the financing period, the borrower made quarterly interest payments, while the principal was repaid from the proceeds of the villa sale. This transaction reflects NuCapital's experience in financing real estate projects across international markets.
