Private debt fund NuCapital provided a €0.9M loan to a real estate development company to finance the acquisition of a land plot in Vilnius, in the Fabijoniškės district.
The financing is intended for land acquisition, enabling further development of the project. The loan was granted for a period of 12 months and is secured by the acquired land plot. This transaction reflects NuCapital’s ability to finance early-stage real estate projects and provide flexible capital across different stages of development.
