The financing is intended for land preparation works, ensuring a smooth start to the project development phase. The loan was provided for a 12-month term and is secured by the land plot under development. This transaction reflects NuCapital’s ability to finance early-stage real estate projects, providing flexible capital required to prepare projects for further development and refinancing.
