The financing is intended for project development works, ensuring smooth execution and further expansion. The loan was provided for a 12-month term and is secured by the property under development. This transaction reflects NuCapital’s ability to finance residential real estate projects at different stages, providing flexible capital required to advance the project to the next stage of growth and prepare for further financing.
