Private debt fund NuCapital provided a €3M loan to a real estate development company developing a residential single-family and duplex housing project in the Trakai district.
The financing is intended for the development of residential housing, enabling further implementation of the project. The loan was granted for a period of 15 months and is secured by the developed real estate project. This transaction reflects NuCapital’s ability to finance residential real estate projects and provide flexible capital across different stages of development.
