NuCapital provided a loan of up to €3M for a real estate project in central Vilnius
The private debt fund NuCapital provided a loan of up to €3M in May 2025 to a company operating in the real estate management sector, developing a project in central Vilnius.
The financing is intended for the reconstruction of administrative and residential premises, aiming to increase the value of the asset and prepare it for the next stage of development. The loan was provided for a 12-month term and is secured by the property under reconstruction, along with an additional parent company guarantee.
This transaction reflects NuCapital’s strategy to finance projects at earlier or transitional stages, where fast and flexibly structured capital is required to successfully execute the project and prepare for further refinancing.
