Q1 2026: NuCapital reports quarterly results
Private debt fund NuCapital has delivered a cumulative return of 76.6% to investors since its launch in 2019. During this period, the fund financed more than 70 projects and deployed over €70M in loans across business, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
As of April 2026, the fund’s net asset value reached €25.3M. The average annual return stood at 9.36 (after all fund fees)%, while the portfolio maintained an average loan-to-value ratio of 54%. The average loan size amounted to €0.9M and the average loan term was 22 months.
“Since inception, our focus has remained unchanged – providing investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns through a diversified portfolio of secured private debt investments. The fund targets a 10% net annual return after fees and provides investors with regular monthly or quarterly cash flows from interest payments. Investments are protected through collateral and other security instruments applied across the portfolio.
NuCapital Private Debt Fund remains open to new investments with a minimum investment amount of €125,000.
